Inspired by the fascinating Aegean architecture with its unique identity; we are with you with our new project that is sensitive to the environment, sustainable and that we have designed with our love for the unique beauties of nature without hurting it. We crowned our project by blending the fascinating landscape of nature and the vitality of the land texture with our originality in our designs.

We organized the space setups by capturing strong bonds with the relationships between there different concepts and each other. In our project, where we keep aesthetic and traditional beauties in mind, we have captured unique landscapes in all our buildings by turning the slope of the land to an advantage.
The meeting of aesthetics and nature with architecture

There are 167 independent sections in 70 blocks on a total area of 45.522 m2, there are 132 apartments and 35 villas. We have designed the structures with large gardens, landscape arrangements compatible with the land they are located in, as well as interior designs that can meet all the needs of a family and strengthen the interaction within the family.

You will find yourself in a peaceful life with large and spacious living areas

We have taken care of the large and spacious areas where the fascade, roof designs, materials used, comfortable interior and exterior spaces are compatible with each other, while privacy is provided with appropriate touches. By turning the slope in the project area into an opportunity,

we got fascinating views, where there are gardens, sea and lake. While all the spaces are designed to be illuminated with natural light, we have made large and spacious hall designs in order to meet the intense interaction in the common areas. We have strengthened the functionality with pools, parking areas and green areas that each villa can use.
